In 1991, he moved the business to a larger building in the Maumelle/North Little Rock area. In 2008, Darrell’s daughter, Sarah Steele, took over the reins of the business and continues to manage the business today.

Our process begins with collecting as much detailed information as needed up front so we can get you checked in quickly.
We perform a digital vehicle inspection (DVI) on every vehicle that comes through our shop. This allows you to know the condition of your vehicle and minimizes unexpected repairs or breakdowns. The DVI provides full transparency through photos and videos of issues that need to be addressed now or in the future. We will prioritize our findings so you can decide how you would like to proceed. We approach this from a standpoint of educating our customers rather than pushy sales tactics.
We never perform any work that is not approved by you first.
24 to 48 hours after you pick up your vehicle, your service advisor will call you to make sure everything is going well and that you are completely satisfied with the service you received.

Our Certifications
Our technicians are ASE Certified, and our shop is a NAPA Auto Care Center. We require our technicians to keep up their certifications and encourage them to qualify for additional certifications. We are A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau and we are AAA approved.

Our 12-bay shop is climate controlled and has the latest in state of the art auto repair tooling and equipment.

We are also committed to the environment. We make sure to follow state and county laws and regulations regarding waste disposal for oil and other chemicals, and we recycle other materials when possible.
