More Than 50 Years of Family-Owned Auto Repair in North Little Rock, AR
Darrell Patterson founded Cantrell Service Center in 1971 on Cantrell Road in Little Rock, building the shop on a simple promise: treat every customer fairly and do the job right the first time. In 1991, he moved the business to a larger building in the Northshore Business Park in North Little Rock, closer to the Maumelle families who’d become some of its most loyal customers.
His daughter, Sarah Steele, took over daily operations in 2008 and leads the shop today. Maintaining the highest ethical standards in everything we do isn’t only a line on our website. It’s the same value Darrell built this business on.
What to Expect When You Visit Our Maumelle Area Shop
Collect Detailed Information
Our process begins with collecting as much detailed information as needed up front so we can get you checked in quickly once you arrive.
Perform a Digital Vehicle Inspection
We perform a digital vehicle inspection, or DVI, on every vehicle that comes through our shop. This gives you photos and videos of what we’ve found, and we walk you through what needs attention right away versus what can wait. We lead with education, not pushy sales tactics, and never perform work you haven’t approved first.
We Follow Up After Every Visit
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours after pickup, your service advisor calls to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the work. Questions or ready to schedule? Call (501) 758-1188 or stop by 7601 Young Road, North Little Rock, AR 72118.
