Our Core Values
Team-building activities and events
We like our team members to get to know each other outside the work setting, so we’re big on team-building experiences.
We’ve taken our employees on trips to drag races, baseball games, and we host two to three employee events per year.
Basic qualifications
All of our employees must have a valid driver’s license as you will be driving customers’ vehicles. You must also be able to lift 50 pounds.
While we don’t require certifications, we encourage you to have or get your ASE Certifications.

Automotive Technician
Automotive technicians diagnose any vehicle that comes into the shop and have extensive knowledge of all of the systems on a vehicle. Hybrid and EV experience is a plus. Qualifications include:
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- 5 years of experience
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of working with diagnostic equipment
- Own tools
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to quality
- Willing to learn
- ASE Certification
General Service Technician
Our general technician positions are entry-level positions for those with at least one year of experience. Qualifications include:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- At least 1 year of experience working in a shop
- Own tools
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to quality
- Ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of working with diagnostic equipment
