Cantrell Service Center was amazing. They were very thorough and detailed and kept my dad in the loop on every step they were taking w my old 2007 Ford Explorer XLT. This vehicle sat for about a year bc dad just didnt drive it and now were needing to drive it again so we took it to them for a tune up and some much needed maintenance. Great service place! I love them! They’re professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Not pushing on stuff you don’t need, strictly doing what’s necessary. They’re honest and trustworthy. Very professional service from start to finish, they did a good roadforce balance (one of the only shop in Little Rock to do it I believe), alignment, and put exactly the tire I wanted for my car! They provide a good report on the before and after for alignment.

I have and will continue to tell any and everyone I know about how great Cantrell Service Center is. These people have mastered this trade and are exceptional at what they do. They got my 2016 Lexus RX350 in tip top condition. Vehicle repair or preventive maintenance, this is the place to hire 100%. 1st, I love appointments! They were ready and I chose to wait. Much like a high end Dlrshps, refreshments, snacks were avail gratis for clients/kids.  Wait area small but comfortable. 2 service writers, knowledgeable and helpful!
I used a coupon honored w/o issue.
